For our guests’ convenience, we offer either a self check-in process or a personal check-in greeted by one of our hosts. You will be contacted prior to arrival with your preference regarding checking in for your stay
House Rules
Because our home is a National Register property, we do request that our guests help us continue to preserve and protect the home by doing a few simple things like not wearing high heels, cleats, or boots on the wood floors, carrying bags instead of rolling them on wood floors (we will help you if you tell us you need us!), and notifying management if there is a spill or stain on walls or floors that needs our attention. Thanks in advance for helping us maintain our home for the next generation of guests!
Cancellation Policy
Because we are a small boutique property, we do not typically accept same-day reservations after noon or last-minute cancellations after a room has been blocked for an extended period of time. Depending on your date of booking, our cancellation policy could require a 50% refund or none at all. Of course, special and extenuating circumstances allow for exceptions, and we will honor those with a refund.
